Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Who We Are

This website is operated by Nebulous LLC, doing business as StrataForge ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit strataforge.ai. Nebulous LLC also operates nebulousconsult.com, which has its own privacy policy. Both policies describe the practices of the same legal entity, and the rights described below apply equally under both.

Information We Collect

Analytics Information

We use Google Analytics 4 on this site. It sets first-party cookies and collects pseudonymous usage information, including:

  • A randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie on your device (not your name or email)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system and device type
  • Referring website
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Approximate geographic location (city/country level), derived from your IP address. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

This data is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: it is not linked to your name or contact details, but it is tied to a cookie identifier on your device.

Hosting Logs

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. As our hosting provider, GitHub receives standard web server request data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser user agent, and the pages requested. GitHub processes that data under the GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not have access to individual visitor logs.

Information You Send Us

If you email us at hello@strataforge.ai, we receive what you choose to send, typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We keep that correspondence as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Understand how visitors use our website
  • Improve our website content and user experience
  • Analyze website traffic and trends
  • Respond to inquiries you send us
  • Comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Analytics data is processed by Google as our service provider, and hosting request data is processed by GitHub as described above. Beyond that, we share information only when required by law, in connection with a business transfer, or with your consent.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to collect the pseudonymous usage information described above. You can learn more about how Google uses data at Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking or deleting its cookies in your browser. The site works normally without them.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The only cookies set by this site are the Google Analytics cookies described above, used for analytics purposes only. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for the period set in our Google Analytics configuration, after which Google deletes or aggregates it. Email correspondence you send us is retained as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. This static website itself stores no visitor data.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your information

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@strataforge.ai. One note on analytics data: because it is keyed to a cookie identifier rather than to your identity, we may be unable to link a request to specific analytics records. Where that is the case, we will tell you.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may have additional rights under local law. Contact us at the address above to exercise them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
